Once around the bend, a view of the valley, in which the cottage is nestled, opens up. After crossing the ever-flowing Snake Run creek, you'll arrive at the cottage. The cottage, whose history is likely as storied as the property on which it sits, began in this world as a corn crib, with antique chestnut lumber supporting the structure. In the early 1990's, the current owner set to renovate the structure into the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin we know today. The roomy front porch leads into the cabin's cheery pine-paneled and timbered-ceiling kitchen with island seating and a view to the comfortable and similarly paneled living room.
