The full basement has a poured concrete floor and garage doors on two sides. The basement houses the home's utilities and is large enough to provide storage for canoes, kayaks and outdoor furniture. Instant hot water is provided by a Rinnai system, eliminating the need for a hot water tank. A 3-bay garage is next to the home and matches its exterior.
